How much enough is enough?
We are humans and so there is no such thing called ‘Enough’ in our dictionary.
We always lead our life unsatisfied with what we already possess and want more and more.
We are unable to say enough even when our requirements are fully met.
After fulfilling our wishes and temptations, we jump to another.
Our wishes are never-ending.
We always feel something missing in our lives and yearn to get it at any cost and in the process losing your happiness.
And we don’t hesitate to blame the Almighty.
It is said it’s impossible to change this mindset of humans in these matters.
Why one is never content….I don’t have a ready answer.
Is any solution available?

If you look at what you don’t have in life, you’ll never have enough”

I think I used to suffer from this but then I really invested in a gratitude journal. Every day I write three things I am grateful for. It helps.

Couldn’t agree more.
Sadly we are tempted to get more and more because of addiction to advertisements

Isn’t it sad that we humans are never sated. Truly the only cure fore this is gratitude. If you say thanks enough times I think you start to be satisfied with what you have

Agree.
Saying ‘I am Grateful’ conveys so much more.

I think we are so detached from who we really are and where we come from that we feel this void inside that can never be filled by earthly objects or senses..

I agree with DiosRaw. Also, I feel, the older we get, the more we get away from the desire to acquire! (Obviously, that doesn’t apply to everyone, but I think it is a general tendency.) 🌞

Yes. I concur. Older we get lesser the desires.
