“We don’t ask a flower any special reason for its existence. We just look at it and are able to accept it as being something different for ourselves.” Gwendolyn Brooks
The flowers always amaze me!
We are never tired of looking at the flower continuously.
And we are alive today because of the existence of flowers, fruits, roots, and the entire plant kingdom. Not just us, every other form of life owes to the plant kingdom for their existence.
My regret is how I missed these flowers in my entire life till now and recently I started taking note of these beautiful creations of Almighty.
Maybe I have used most of the time given by God in dealing with people’s problems, and I get some comfort in that I could save many, thanks to my profession.
But I feel guilty that I missed Mother Nature.
I must express my sincere thanks to Cee Neuner for this inspiration.
Thank you, Cee Neuner, for making me realize how important it is to have a look at Mother Nature, despite our busy schedules.
Please do visit her lovely blog for those beautiful Mother Nature Photos and inspiration.
But for her, I would have not even given so much of my attention to these beautiful flowers.
Do our regrets be with us forever?
It is said ‘Regrets’ lasts forever. Do you agree?
I feel we need not make it an added burden.
What has happened, happened.
No doubt ‘Regret’ is a powerful force.
It’s a good thing that we regret certain things in our lives and feel we could have done things much earlier. It allows us to better ourselves.
But no need to carry those regrets forever.
“Make it a rule of life
Never to regret and never to look back
Regret is an appalling waste of energy
You can’t build on it
It’s only good for wallowing in” Katherine Mansfield
Take home message
“Never regret. If it’s good, it’s wonderful. If it’s bad, it’s experience.” Victoria Holt
And I have become wiser now from my experience.
