I am not sure about the correctness of usage of the word, ‘Peel Up’ regarding this photo.
I may be wrong. You can correct me.
I thought the meaning could be …it’s time to peel up the original paint and go for a fresh one.
And how many layers human being has?
No no I am not talking of anatomy.
I don’t really know how many layers one wears but I am aware of people eager to unravel the layers of others.
“People love scandal; people love drama. They love stripping away the layers to see what’s really in there, and they’ll do anything – as well as make it up – to get it” Julia Roberts
Thank you.

it is unusual to use for paint we generally say peeling off . . but we use peel up for other things which are very similar to paint. So i say it works perfectly

Indeed. We are layers of an onion to be peeled away until we reach the true self. 🙏
