“To err is human to purr is feline” Robert Byrne
Do you love cats?
If it is so, I am sure your mobile is full of Cat photos.
Do you prefer Cats or Dogs?
What is the reason?
How you spend time with your cats?
Is it true that none can own a cat? And this is said to be the experience of the cat owners

“Time spent with cats is never wasted” Sigmund Freud
People & Cats
“A happy arrangement: many people prefer cats to other people, and many cats prefer people to other cats.β Mason Cooley
Dog owners vs Cat owners
βOwners of dogs will have noticed that, if you provide them with food and water and shelter and affection, they will think you are God. Whereas owners of cats are compelled to realize that, if you provide them with food and water and affection, they draw the conclusion that they are God.β Christopher Hitchens
I am confused
What is your advice, if I decide to go for a pet.
Thank you.

Hello my friend, I love the quote you shared from Christopher Hitchens! I like both cats and dogs, and we are in the process of deciding as well. I think we have settled on adopting a shelter dog, but we keep thinking of how it will change our lifestyle. We will have to walk him in the cold, rain, and snow. Uggghh! Cats are much easier! π

Any pet is perfectly ok.
The only problem is one gets attached to the pet so much…..I can’t explain the feelings one undergoes when separation time arrives.
One must be mentally strong

I am a cat person for totally practical reasons. I used to travel a lot for my job and a cat can survive on its own at a moments notice whereas a dog needs to be cared for.

My last cat, who passed away last year, lived to be 22 years old. So much around our house reminds us of her (and our previous pets, which included both dogs and cats.)

I understand my friend.
The feeling of separation is unexplainable.
Glad you like both dogs and cats.
Thank you my friend for your thoughts.

I’ve had & loved both. Dogs require more work. Simply cause you gotta walk ’em in the rain. Cats can be more irritating. Even if you cut off their claws, you’ll discover sharp teeth.

Agree what you said.
Our time and energy are required to maintain a dog as compred to a cat
