Selective Focus
What is that we are trying to focus-
Foreground or Background? what else?
“I don’t judge people.
It blurs out the center of my attention,
my focus,
myself.”

“You don’t get results by focussing on the results. You get results by focussing on the actions that produce results” Mike Hawkins
Leading lines
Are there any rules in Photography?

“To consult the rules of composition before making a picture is a little like consulting the law of gravitation before going for a walk.” Edward Weston
Color
What exactly B&W photography conveys?
What is that extra kick colour photos give?

“One very important difference between color and monochromatic photography is this: in black and white you suggest; in color you state. Much can be implied by suggestion, but statement demands certainty… absolute certainty” Paul Outerbridge
Focussing on the eyes

“The soul, fortunately, has an interpreter – often an unconscious but still a faithful interpreter – in the eye.” Charlotte Bronte
Freezing In Action

“Sometimes the best thing you can do is, not to think, not to wonder, not to imagine, not to obsess.Just breathe and have faith that everything will work out for the best” Unknown

“The real voyage of discovery consists not seeking new landscapes, but in having new eyes” Marcel Proust

Love the way you’ve combined quotes with photos — great pairings. I must say the photo of the arch really intrigues me. I found myself moving closer to see how it was constructed. A nice capture!
