Face Masks
With Corona Pandemic facial masks have become a new norm.
The sad part is we are unable to appreciate the smiling expression of our beloved life, whenever we are with the masks.
Already life is saddened with Corona, and the agony added further because we are unable to find smiling faces.
Such that we can’t tell whether the person is smiling or saddened!
I am sure people are missing the beautiful ladies with their sweet smiles!
When do we wear masks?
Normally we wear facial masks on festival days or special days like ‘Halloween day’ or during Christmas by those acting ‘Santa Claus’ or sometimes during fun games and carnivals.
Of course you know the beautifying facial mask in beauty parlors.
Are you aware of Funerary Masks in certain cultures?
The latest trend we are coming across the TV channels all over the world, is people with masks indulging rioting and looting.
Did anyone of us dream that we will be wearing the REAL FACE MASK for an unknown number of days? ( courtesy Corona )
The Three faces
Ok. Now I am coming to the UNKNOWN MASK (face)which we all wear whether there is corona or not.
The Japanese say you have three faces. The first face, you show to the world. The second face, you show to your close friends and family. The third face, you never show anyone. It is the truest reflection of who you are.
“In a world where everyone wears a mask,it’s a privilege to see a soul’ unknown
Mask of a different kind
I am also interested to tell that we all wear a mask of different kind on certain occasions which is heartbreaking.
This is a mask of laughter when the person is undergoing sadness.
What is the universally accepted mask where no questions asked?
It’s socially approved masks! We constantly seek approval & acceptance.
Why? Because you can’t afford to be a pariah!
Take home message
“I’m not in this world to live up to your expectations and you’re not in this world to live up to mine.”

After wearing masks I have realised it is not only our eyes that smile, our whole face does. What you have said is true.
