The present economic impact due to COVID has become an added stress on the people.

Silent psychological suffering has become acute and mandatory quarantine making people go crazy as they are left alone.

Domestic violence is said to reach its peak.

Many are experiencing anxiety, depression, and  some becoming insomniacs.

People from all walks of life are suffering at present.

People need psychosocial support for Mental well-being.

This Year Theme is “Mental Health for All. Greater Investment-Greater Access”

” You don’t have to struggle in silence. You can be un-silent. You can live well with a mental health condition, as long as you open up to somebody about it”  Demi Lovato

Always we have to open up.One must freely discuss the problems with the psychologists,mental health experts and professionals and not to feel shy or cocoon oneself.
