Sanctuary

The definition of a sanctuary is ‘a place of refuge or rest, a place where you can feel at peace or the holiest part of a temple or a church’.  Yourdictionary.com

We human beings need some change from the hustle & bustle lifestyle and no surprise we welcome retreat into sanctuaries to gain back all the energy and also to retrospect the meaning and purpose of our lives.

Sanctuary can be any place of your choice where you feel at home and peaceful.

In India hill stations are one of the best choices because most of the time the country reels under heat.

Walking around the lakes and watching nature around, the mind is quietened and one can rejuvenate. Lake is filled with natural magic.

Nature and lake
“Find a calm lake and wait for the twilight in silence! There, existence will visit you with all its magnificence! The existence of the Existence can best be felt in the presence of dimness and in the absence of crowds and noises!”   Mehmet Murat ildan

Have you ever witnessed the early morning sun rays trying to penetrate the mist to brighten and shine the Mother Earth?

This experience can’t be described my friend.

“In the morning, look at the glowing sunlight and allow it to brighten the consciousness of your mind.”   Debasish Mridha

Sunrise-sun rays through morning mist
“sunbeams everywhere and mist floating like freshly minted”   Haruki Murakami
