Each year or even once in 6 months or even once in 3 months or some times once in a week some new research findings are released about some observation.
The opinion expressed may or may not be true.( The findings are based in reaching out to population and trying to figure out by certain questionnaires)
Some argue that now a days some of the researches have become commercialized. (there can be attractive advertisements on Blue Monday day)
However these findings appear interesting.
What is Blue Monday ?
Blue Monday is 3 rd Monday of January said to be most depressing day of the year (don’t ask me why & how accurate this day is since this day can also be 2nd,4 th or last Monday of January as per the researchers……see the wide gap !
Why it is said to be most depressing day of the year ?
- you are no more in festive mood.
- By now you emptied your savings.
- you are disillusioned.
- You are not sure of fulfilling your new year resolutions.
You are in an ideal environment for the depression to strike you.
What best you can do about ‘Blue Monday’ ?
To come out of this you must stop checking the advertisements ( specially made of Blue Monday ) which lure you in a variety of ways,in the form of tourism,special diets,therapies etc,instead concentrate on exercises at least 30 minutes day and look for ways to improve your mental health .
