Nice thoughts there about the mood.
“The thing about kids is that they express emotion. They don’t hold back. If they want to cry, they cry, and if they are in a good mood, they’re in a good mood.” ~ Eddie Murphy

Drinking coffee silently or with close friends. Mood. Traveling. Mood. Jumping out of the plane. Also mood. Your twenties, hell, adulthood, is stressful. No one gives you a guidebook to life. Instead, they pound into your brain how great being an adult is. Can’t wait to grow up? Just wait. It is not all magic and rainbows. You’ll take those words back. You’ll forget to look before crossing the street and tell it to “hit you. You don’t even care.” (Guilty) but never serious. They tell you to deal with it but not how to. They tell you down is up and up is down. Which, of course, adds on another mood.

How are you guys adulting lately? How do you handle your “down” days?
