‘Q’ sense – Animals vs Humans…Who has got better ‘C’ sense ?

Do animals have common sense ?

We are humans  and we keep a separate identity from animals, because of our super brain.Surprisingly we lack basic  sense…….ie. Common sense.

I believe that animals have common sense.( as you can see in the above photograph, how well they are disciplined ).

Let us be frank ,we lack this  (conveniently) at times when the situation demands.

One particular answer in  ‘Yahoo answers’ by LM S  is interesting. He says,

“Animals are not wired like us. We internalize things and complicate things by thinking about things too much. Also, animals do not have mental disorders like people do. Animals respond really well to behavioral interventions (like food as a reward) and humans don’t because we think too much and complicate the situation more”.

Yes we unnecessarily complicate simple things and claim that we are super smart by solving these man-made  ‘complicated stuff’

Q sense,Queue

It is said that people spend billions of hours waiting in line through out the world ,in order to get their things done.

What is Queue ?

According to Oxford Dictionary

1.British  –A line or sequence of people or vehicles awaiting their turn to be attended      to or to proceed.

A list of data items, commands, etc., stored so as to be retrievable in a definite order, usually the order of insertion.

3.Archaic  –A plait of hair worn at the back.

Why do we Queue ? ( Standing in the line )

Because it is polite to wait for your turn.Without Queue, there will be a total chaos, resulting in further increase in waiting time.

But still why some people jump the queue ? ( cutting the line )

queue,jump the line,cutting the line

May be they lack discipline or not keeping well or arrogant or they may miss the appointment in some other place, may be carrying a sick child….. I can go on and on…and surely at least 90% of the times these jumpers face wrath of others.

Psychology in forming the queue humorously explained below

Que,psychology of queue formation

Looks like Animals are better than Humans at any given time……

Thanks for reaching this point. Any thoughts ? Feedback ?

  1. As to your question “Who has got better ‘C’ommon sense ?” I would definitely side with the animals. You took the example of queue system.
I would like to take.the example of a cat. A cat has more sense in sanitation than any average Indian. You can still see people going to railway tracks in the early morning to attend nature’s call without any shame waving at the passing train .
Where in a cat if you observe goes to an unnoticed space, digs a hole in the mud and then attend.it’s nature’s call and.closes back the hole with the mud to cover it.
Now tell me who has more common sense?
This is.just one example using one animal.
